Based on what we are seeing at the moment from Monday night’s new episode of “The Bachelorette,” there seems to be a sort of theme — some of the contestants are not happy with some of the time they have received with Emily Maynard thus far.
Just in the thirty-second preview below, you can see Sean Lowe chase down Emily in the streets of Prague (though we don’t know if this is before or after he decided to play tonsil hockey with her), and you can also see Chris Bukowski seemingly stop either what is the Rose Ceremony or the cocktail party in order to get some more time with her. We don’t know why he feels he is in such danger, but it’s possible he realizes that Doug Clerget could end up taking his spot away in the final four.
We already know about the drama that is about to befall Arie Luyendyk Jr. thanks to his past relationship with show producer Cassie Lambert, and outside of that there is one other pivotal question worth asking — if Emily does not feel 100% confident that Doug could be her man at the end of this, could she send him home? We saw it happen earlier this season with Tony Pieper, and she probably would not want to introduce herself to his son unless she saw herself potentially being a part of his life.
At this moment, Sean and Jef Holm seem to be clear-cut favorites to make it extremely far on this season — and while Arie looks to be fantastic on paper, Emily is going to need to figure out this week whether or not it is a big deal that both he and Cassie decided not to tell her about their past before this point in the season.
Who do you think will be the winner based on everything we have seen — and do you think Chris in particular has a reason to be so worried?
