Too painful to watch. Paige character now mean as well as clueless. Walter character just clueless. Do the actors really dislike each other that much? Paige’s new love interest just annoying bully. Toby character and Happy still funny and real. Get new writers who can see the humor in a relationship between an awkward genius who loves and appreciates a woman with skills he doesn’t have. Their courtship could be hilarious instead of just angry. Last year’s season opener was full of promise and romance. This year’s opener was mean and angry–the characters no longer even like each other. Looked like scenes from a bad marriage. The Walter character is compelling and it is sad he’s being trashed.
