Ok we get it, Trump this, Trump that, Trump all the time...with an obligatory (see we're Fair and Balanced) with a couple, just a couple lines about HIllary and her health. That all you got Lorne? So much to work with with that woman.

Turned it off halfway through the first sketch, it went into the oh so predictable Lorne Michaels view of humor writing--take a theme, repeat it, now repeat it weirder over and ove again until the end...Left and surfed the net for awhile.
---went back to it for the News (I thought it literally bombed as in bad---save for the Ortiz bit)...Michael Che, the "Black guy" was making jokes that got no laughs whatsoever and he looked foolish, as if he was "pushing" the jokes on us as in a forced way...horrible overall performance---I believe these two "correspondents" have now graduated to a degree of "owed homage" that gives them a built in arrogance. Not clever, cute, funny, ground breaking anymore. Just more of the exclusive, private club humor Lorne Michaels is no famous for...appealing to "sides" instead of lets all laugh out loud TOGETHER kind of humor.

Sorry but I then came back and saw only part of the Family Feud which seemed pretty good---the part about Rapist Bill eyeing Ivanka...and the Larry David joke about Jill Stein, which was a real dud. Sorry but tonights show just couldnt make me feel it was must watch--and to think they've had all summer and a late start this season to fine tune new ideas and sketches...just not that good or keeping me waching.

Time truly for Lorne MIchaels to move on, open up the doors for others as they were for him--only the folks he replaced were there for less than 20 years--this guy has stayed for over twice that long on very suspect low ratings...clearly the show and the Network is being funded and propped up with, not sponsor money from ratings, but from idealouges pushing a message through this medium...sad what television humor has become actually...we used to all sit down together and laugh out loud together...now we sit divided, staring mostly, made to think, choose sides, pretend with a forced diversity pushed on us that ----yeah this is cool and so am I....move on Michaels.
