The issue with Laura Breton isn’t that her pre-existing talent show experience gives her some kind of advantage. Tons of these contestants have done other talent shows and plenty of them have even done Vegas shows before. A lot of us are just sick of her crying and saying how amazing it was to get this far, as if she was plucked from obscurity. It just rings really false.

In reply to Sally. Agreed about Tapeface. But uh, Laura Breton was born in Chicago. And whatever, if people from another country want to come and compete here, god bless 'em. Let's remember that every single name on the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution was signed by someone with a British accent.

Breton is not American, has already won this competition, and I think the Deadly Games couple are pros from somewhere else as well. I wish this show would go back to “America’s Got Talent” instead of all the imports…there seem to be Russian and eastern European young women all the time, and that creepy guy in the body suit belongs in the circus. I also disagree with what you said about Tapeface. He’s just stupid. If he wanted to be a mime, he should be a mime.
The magicians this season have been incredible, from the brother and sister to Jon. I think a magician will win this year again.
