Mrs. Carter: If you were thinking you’d be part of Snooki’s baby’s birth – think again.
If you wondered whether or not we were going to see a “Jersey Shore” baby from Snooki at any point near the end of season 6, we now have a pretty firm answer for you — it’s not going to happen (at least in the form of a live birth).
In a new interview with the New York Daily News, the reality star otherwise known as Nicole Polizzi says that unlike some other reality stars in the past, she is not going to have cameras follow her all the way to the hospital bed. The good news? She is at least open to televising her wedding to Jionni LaValle:
“When I get married, yeah, we could work out something to film the ceremony for the show … But having the baby and all that, no. Some things are private.”
Can you see the title now? “Snooki’s Fairytale Wedding” could be fairly entertaining — we just hope it turns out better than the one Kim Kardashian had last year.
Snooki first found out she was pregnant earlier this year, and has already filmed one TV show all about preparing for a kid in “Snooki & JWoww” (with some other fun moments thrown in there to mix things up). Season 6 of “Jersey Shore” is still being filmed, but should wrap at some point in early July — still over a month before she is actually expecting to give birth.
While many might be disappointed that Snooki isn’t willing to share the birth of her child on live television, it’s actually a really cool thing she’s keeping the birth to herself and Jionni, where other reality stars would be willing to sell one of the most important moments of their lives for a little coin. Luckily, Snooki is really great at sharing personal photos on her Twitter page, so fans will likely get to see some pictures of her little boy pretty soon afterward and we can all “ooh” and “ahh” over how cute (and probably tanned) her baby is.
