Should I buy the series? Is it even close to Silent hill as far as mucic/creepy factor goes? Are there any emotion and devastation effects from the movie??? This doesn’t say s%$$t for a review

Entertaining. Was/Is worth my entertainment dollar/time. I never saw Goonies so the comparison falls on deaf ears for me.

So, a kid named “Mike” (the most common male name for a boy in the 80’s), a kid that eats junk food (very common among children in general) and a monster (common in many sci-fi and horror films) makes it too close to The Goonies? If there was a treasure hunt I would agree, otherwise it’s grasping at straws, not to mention the homage to 80s King and Spielberg films are the whole point of what makes this show great. They’re going for nostalgia. And this: “This was is a perfect example of an ensemble cast.” “Was is”? Please proofread.
