I want to like Nathan but I feel as though he isn't quite up to par with leading people, let alone older and more experienced ones. Yes, you mentioned you were bullied and that's horrible, however throwing hissy fits in the kitchen is slightly embarrassing to watch. A good leader knows how to stay calm and look for strengths in each person and delegate that task accordingly. Also, tell team before you start the timeline you want for each dish i.e. Don't start cooking this until I give you the green light. If you have a problem, tell me your reason why. I can't imagine how overwhelming this experience is for young cooks especially but keep your cool!
