Finally, back to kilts and Dougal

Poor Fergus! That little rascal
is so lovable which made it even more vile that Randall would do such a
thing. We knew he had assaulted him but to see it actually happening
just made me hate Randall even more which means Outlander is doing a
great job showcasing him for the monster he really is.

Claire's denial & realization that she had lost her child was quite painful and heartfelt.

Master
Raymond is very good with his hands. Though he was merely helping clear
relieve her pain after birth, there was also something oddly erotic in
how Claire vividly described him soothing her pain when touching her
because he was so good.

I too thought Claire had gotten away
from having to lie with King Louie after the sorcery bit but luckily for
her ... well luckily for Jamie, he didn't want to inseminate her so he
ended the act prematurely or else she may have ended up squirting over and over again. (In the book, the King's quickness was described as doing
the act, but being sure not to climax so as not to risk any little
princes or princesses coming out of it - and that he would hustle on
over to his mistress's bed to finish.)

Not sad to see St. Germain
go and how fitting a way too, he tried to poison Claire and almost had
her raped and he himself met an untimely end due to a bit of sorcery. I
was, however, surprised to see him 'defeated' so easily after he seemed
to be the 'big bad' of the first half of season 2. I still felt that
tension between her and St. Germain and in another lifetime they would
have been beneficial friends.

I'm ready to see Claire
and Jamie slow down a little bit and remember they love each other. Stop
trying to save the world and save their marriage.

Right
on point, they have seemed so caught up with other affairs that they
seem to have lost touch with each other a little bit in terms of their
marriage. The love is very much still there just not nearly as much
intimacy.
