The fourth season 4 “Glee” is still months away, but Lea Michele is still finding a way to hype up just what is going to be coming up on the show soon.
Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, Michele admits that she was initially upset and even “angry” when she found out that Finn and Rachel were breaking up during May’s finale, but she is now “excited” to see what is going to happen with the couple, in particular when they are in a brand-new situation:
“It’s very rare on television that you get to take a character in the middle of shooting a series to a new place, a new location and see what she’s like someplace else … I’ll be back for every single episode and I know that I’ll be working with Kate Hudson mainly for the first six episodes and I’m excited for that.”
This news does give us a great sense as to just how long Hudson is going to stick around — at first, it was suggested that she was only going to be in four episodes. Sarah Jessica Parker is also going to be coming on board for at least one installment, but it is currently unclear just when this will happen. (She is supposedly going to play a mentor for Chris Colfer’s character of Kurt.)
We will hopefully find out more about season 4 of the show when Michele and other select cast members come to Comic-Con next month for panel discussion set up at the last minute.
