Castle is the greatest rom-com. Nobody did it like Katic and Fillion since Hepburn and Bogart in The African Queen. As a sustained body of work their performances put them way out in front defining the show and themselves as the equals of other legendary romantic comedy actors. Acting schools will show clips of Fillion and Katic as examples of first rate work in the genre. Thanks for some wonderful Mondays.

Having no knowledge of what was going on behind the scenes, was Susan Sullivan’s interview where she said if one of the leads had to go who should it be, she said it should be Beckett because she boggs things down and Castle is always happy. Was she speaking metaphorically.

I think that it might be in ABC’s best interests to make a decision about Castle soon. I will watch a 9the season of Castle. However, it will hard without Beckett. But, I do love Nathon Fillion.
