, Tom didn’t seem too upset with her demise. Not one angst or teardrop. I half expected him to smile. “Did she have pain at the end”…. ARG….. Things are usually not as depicted on this show so maybe she is still alive. That was a wax dummy of her. She was smuggled out another way…..

This whole marriage / love interest story line has been extremely tedious. It gave my fast forward button a real workout. I nearly lost it when the disco ball appeared and he cued up “Having My Baby” on the turntable. If I wanted to see that nonsense there are a lot of other choices available on TV. I want my old Blacklist back. No more fluff, just nail the bad guys and don’t take any prisoners.

Let’s hope Luz isn’t dead, because as awesome as Spader is, his character needs the Liz:Tom relationship to play off of…ditto for the spinoff. Adds romance and humor to the intrigue.

I hope you’re right @bananafaced. I’m still in shock. All the other characters were in shock. I’ve wondered all season if something would happen with Ressler and Samar as they have been sniping at each other ever since their one night stand. They were holding each other up very tightly in grief. Ressler guiding Red away from the van was very touching also. Life is so short you forgive others their mistakes in a time of grief.
If Liz really is dead then the show owes us a few explanations – who is Red to her really? (Father?, uncle?, how has Red guided her life before the FBI?)
On the edge of my seat for next week!

Liz isn’t dead but Red wants everyone to think she is…that way they will quit hunting her. She will re-appear in a future episode, after Boone’s maternity leave is over…or not!
