I usually love the show but these producers let me down and I think it sent a wrong message. If any hadn’t seen it the commissioner won’t promote a cop after 14 great years after 911 because of a shooting incident he and fellow officers had. Supposedly it was an accident since it was a dark room and the victim was going in his pocket and the officers thought it was a gun. He died. So the commissioner won’t make this officer a sergeant because he is afraid of backlash from the media and civil rights groups since the victim was a Muslim. He is worried about the other officers and basically wants to ship this officer out of town if he wants a promotion. What a disgrace by these producers. So we are now in fear and are controlled by groups. Man did this episode hit a nerve with me. Hopefully it hit others.
