Being disappointed from one episode to the other (or perhaps let down?) due to the lack of any real story line or funny quirks of one thing … but Sheldon’s arrest story and everyone being shocked about it?

Have we forgotten about Sheldon going to jail in S03E16 for doing the same crap he always does but to to a judge?
If that doesn’t count as getting arrested then pardon me, but as far as we’re concerned the writers have completely screwed up this time. It’s either that, or this season takes place in an alternate universe where Sheldon never went to court for running a red light. You tell me :)
