The alarm will go off and the green arrow shoots an arrow at his time travel machine which causes it to explode. It will not explode and arrow tries to save the villain from the blast. Arrow tells his friends to get away when they walk in and the blast causes both of them to travel to another universe. maybe to Gotham or to National city. We can see Barry at the end rescue arrow
