I thought Maggie was killed because Nigan is just gonna need the others to be his part. He just wanna show how dangerous he is. So after the others become his part, they will not gonna betray him.

Scott Gimple on Talking Dead after the show spoiled it for me

When Chris Hardwock asked if he could say anything about the situation and all he said was something along the lines of “it was a tough choice we made for the stake of story and it will help some things. We aren’t gonna kill an important character without reason…We have something that is really gonna DELIVER to the story.”

She is in labor or having birth complications. He is gonna bash her head in like he does Glenn’s in the comic.

Glenn may even also get killed by trying to help her at the same time.

Negans group is going to leave them and then are going to rescue the baby and cut it out of Maggie’s stomach.
Sasha and Abraham also mentioned having kids. I think they will adopt the baby.

I thought it was pretty terrible. The episode has been hyped so much that all the distractions (Carol and Morgan running around pointlessly, all the RV driving, long speeches etc) were just irritating. The choice to make us wait until season 7 is a poor one. By October, I won’t care who died. Only thing they killed imo was all the suspense.

I could have just watched the last 4 minutes because nothing happened until then. Worst part is we know someone die but we don’t know who it is, so I’m really not that upset. I would have been more upset if I knew they kill one of the main group.
