					<description><![CDATA[It made absolutely ZERO sense that, not only didn&#039;t they get involved in helping take down the firm, Hardman and Tanner were nowhere to be seen.  Am I the only one who found this to be more that a little weird? 

You would have thought that Hardman would have used the situation as a power play.  

Or, better yet, U.S. Attorney Anita Gibbs should have suspected Hardman of being in on Mike&#039;s fraud, at the very least.  He ran the firm for a significant period during Mike&#039;s employment, and his leaving the firm wouldn&#039;t have absolve him of any potential wrongdoing. 

Imo, this MAJOR plot-hole needs to be addressed during season-6. 

Hardman&#039;s absence from the storyline was very strange, given that he always wanted to take down Harvey and Jessica.  

Ditto Tanner&#039;s absence...their silence during the whole thing is just too much for fans to ignore. ]]></description>
