Am I the only one who found this to be more that a little weird?

You would have thought that Hardman would have used the situation as a power play.

Or, better yet, U.S. Attorney Anita Gibbs should have suspected Hardman of being in on Mike’s fraud, at the very least. He ran the firm for a significant period during Mike’s employment, and his leaving the firm wouldn’t have absolve him of any potential wrongdoing.

Imo, this MAJOR plot-hole needs to be addressed during season-6.

Hardman’s absence from the storyline was very strange, given that he always wanted to take down Harvey and Jessica.

Ditto Tanner’s absence…their silence during the whole thing is just too much for fans to ignore.
