Due to some other circumstances (namely, a mountain of “Big Brother Canada” pre-show coverage that we only do one time a year), we are a little later than usual with our “Better Call Saul” season 2, episode 2 podcast. Therefore, we’ve decide to combine this episode discussion alongside the one for tonight’s installment, and you can see all of it below with Matt Carter and Jason Prager.
Ultimately, there’s a heck of a lot to discuss when it comes to squat cobblers and baseball cards, but interestingly, there’s really not too much beyond that. Despite there being two episodes, these were two of the lighter installments that the AMC show has given us over time. There’s only a little bit of significant development here beyond Mike sparing Daniel, and then also Jimmy potentially compromising his job working with Davis & Main all for the sake of the commercial.
We go through these two episodes as succinctly as we can, but in true podcast fashion there are a lot of little road trips here and there every step of the way. Of course, what would a podcast be without a “Hannibal” reference or two? The answer to that is something we don’t even want to comprehend.
Next week, we will getting back into the swing of things, and as a result of that sharing some more weekly podcasts. If you enjoy what you are hearing this time around, rest assured that you can go over to our iTunes page right now.
