It looks like the sixth season of “Jersey Shore” is going to be just as dramatic as some of the earlier ones, despite some of the claims that a sober Snooki and The Situation were going to turn things into the TV version of critics.
While there are some details that are still a little bit unclear, multiple sources have confirmed that a number of the men in the “Jersey Shore” house — including Mike “The Situation,” DJ Pauly D, Ronnie Magro, and even JWoww’s boyfriend Roger — all got involved in a massive brawl with some patrons of the popular Seaside Heights bar Bamboo this weekend. One source claims to TMZ that the fight started after a couple of guys were trashing the cast to their faces, and that things escalated when someone took a swing at Pauly D. (The Situation and Ronnie jumped in to show solidarity.)
Of course, there is a difference now between the “Jersey Shore” cast fighting now and them fighting back in season 1 — these people are now incredibly famous, and anyone and everyone is going to try and take them to the cleaners every chance that they can. With that in mind, it shouldn’t come as a surprise that the two men involved in the fight have already retained lawyers and are planning to sue everyone involved over what happened. Their argument? That they were the victims regardless of their alleged taunting and first swing at Pauly D. Their story may not hold water at the end of the day, though –these “Jersey Shore” cast members know that people are looking to sue them at every turn, and it would make no sense for them to get spontaneously involved in some sort of brawl and put their finances on the line. Besides that we are sure that the situation at the bar was caught on tape since they are in the middle of filming season 6, so the truth will quickly come out as to who took the first swing.
Hopefully, we’ll find out more about what happened before season 6 premieres on MTV later this year — stay tuned!
