Like most other “Glee” series regulars, Dianna Agron is well aware of the fact that her role on the show moving forward is definitely in question. Lea Michele thus far has been the only cast member confirmed to be appearing in every episode for the show’s fourth season — both Chris Colfer and Cory Monteith are each poised to have significant roles in season four but just how much of a role remains to be seen.
With all of the uncertainly in mind, Agron tells Cambio in a recent interview that she and many of the other cast members “will take whatever they can get.” By this, Agron likely means some occasional appearances here and there as Murphy focuses most of the story in on New York along with what is happening back at McKinley High.
As for when we will know for sure about Agron’s episode count, it may not be until later this summer. “Glee” has opted not to have a Comic-Con panel in order to focus more on production, and the only real evidence of Agron’s return that we have comes via Ryan Murphy’s past comment that every series regular has agreed that they want to continue being a part of the show in some capacity.
“Glee” will return in September following “The X Factor” on Thursday nights.
