I'm not interested in seeing a Densi wedding, but I agree with you on all other points, especially how they need to utilize ECO's dramatic talents more. And yes, the continuity has been a huge issue. Established canon is ignored (when did Hetty really notice Callen? How did Deeks go from having no next of kin to having such a great relationship with his mom?), character interactions change drastically from one episode to the next with no apparent reason except for what suits an individual writer for one particular episode (or even one scene). It's very frustrating.

The shows continuity drives me nuts. They had a couple of episodes thrown in that didn't follow each other eg: Blame it on Rio and the Long Goodbye. All the Deeks and Kensi moments this season have been wonderful (except for the above mentioned episodes). The two characters are hugely popular and should be utilised more. Eric Christian Olsen is brilliant as shown in the episode Internal Affairs. (Which should have been a two part episode.) He is the only reason I watch the show. It took nearly six seasons to bring Deeks and Kensi together I hope it dosent take another six to get them engaged/married which is something the fans want to see before the show ends. Season 6 was too much Callen & Sam. Season 7 seems to be giving each character a story which is good. There is still room for improvement.
