I’m not interested in seeing a Densi wedding, but I agree with you on all other points, especially how they need to utilize ECO’s dramatic talents more. And yes, the continuity has been a huge issue. Established canon is ignored (when did Hetty really notice Callen? How did Deeks go from having no next of kin to having such a great relationship with his mom?), character interactions change drastically from one episode to the next with no apparent reason except for what suits an individual writer for one particular episode (or even one scene). It’s very frustrating.
