I also loved this episode. It was a great example of MC being able to combine humor and gut wrenching drama. An often overlooked moment of humor is when Dr. Morales gave Andy the orchid, but upon finding out where the clot was, took the orchid away and just said, “Good luck with that.” Could any other show throw in a humorous line when a beloved character is in peril?
