In reply to Charles Neale. I really think that Alexi Hawley has been the driving force behind this crap writing and story line with the poor execution. He did not want Castle and Beckett together and that is why he left originally.

The writers go contrary to Thier own story. Beckett moves out to kep Rick safe from Loksat. Yet the ladies in the spa new who she was and to whom she is married , WTF, doesn’t that contradict the reason for her leaving . None of this makes any sense what so ever.

In reply to Leo. Leo,I myself have been following the ratings even though they are poor. I was a fan and I just think this story line is forced. What made the show was them working together and having a tight ensemble cast.Writers ruined it with these extra cast members taking away from Lanie, and the boys.All of this has contributed to low ratings along with stupid filler episodes .

I guess what was once record low ratings is now the new normal . 6 mil viewers and a 1.1 demo would have been considered a disaster not very long ago. It still may be, Zap2it, one of the rating sites now lists Castle as likely to be cancelled by May 2016.
