I guess my sarcastic humor was that obvious.

Calm down, I’m saying that Tony could end up being the shoulder she cries on, then the a friend and so forth. Immediately jumping into bed with Tony would be icky. The doctors are supposed to be a volunteer group who go into Somalia to help the people. The logical thing would be to send in military to protect or extract them safely. Why send in NCIS? If you watch this show a lot, you could ask that question a lot. Simplest answer is that this is NCIS-land. The show is about Gibbs’s team and when you start running out of plausible reasons for them to be involved, you start stretching things. It’s worked for 12 years and not likely to change now.

I’m guessing that some Navy person’s murder will be connected to the case. I’d rather see them stretch believability a bit to give Tony a little quality air time than see yet another Gibbs health scare melodrama. I miss seeing Tony be anything but the team idiot and every bit of drama going to the eternally tragic Gibbs. The constant Gibbs melodramas and his unpleasant disdain for Tony is wearing quite thin for this Tony fan.

Sure, that’s what I’d do the minute my husband got killed; I’d hook up with a man I accused of murder and who lied to me about who he really was. What I don’t get is what any of this has to do with NCIS? Are these Navy doctors? I got the impression that they were like docs who volunteer in third world countries.
