We’re back! Also, we’re really glad that we’re back on our ordinary Thursday-night timeslot to bring you the latest chapter of our “American Horror Story” Podcast series here at CarterMatt. So far, these episodes have certainly been a mixed bag, and we feel like for the most part, this one is really no exception.
In this particular episode, opinions are (as you would have guessed) pretty firmly divided when it comes to our thoughts on Wednesday episode. We, being Matt Carter and Jason Prager, tend to be fairly divided in our take on the show. One of us at least moderately enjoys it, while the other makes no real effort to at all and that is part of the charm, we suppose. We go through the episode, talk about what could be different, and also have a larger discussion about FX and whether or not they really care about having shorter episodes that people want to watch live.
Of course, there are plenty of other TV references to suit your fancy, but nothing too spoilery in here. Watch or listen with some confidence in that regard.
For those wondering, we also announce in this podcast that we’re going to do a one-off podcast for the hosting gig of Donald Trump on “Saturday Night Live” when he hits the show in early November. We’re going to play to record that a few days after it airs, but we’ll deliver some further news on it in due time.
