It’s been so long since any team member besides Gibbs got to matter in an arc or be the hero. Gibbs is already going to be the big story because of his injury. Does he always have to get all the exciting writing? I really miss the days when Tony really mattered.

Agreed. I noticed elsewhere that she’s listed in the press release for this episode as a “recurring cast”, not a guest star, so I’m hoping that means she’ll be back from time to time through the season where it makes sense for NCIS to need a CIA contact.
