The series is trying to keep our attention on Niels as well as many times we saw Niels telling others that she stole his research, I’m not saying Niels is a good guy eventhough he was really smart, he was kind of naive too and he didn’t really have bad intentions , just a scientist seeking fame and glory.
Btw it is my idea and i think that the series is going in the direction of showing that the whole time we were distracted with Niels and didn’t really focus on Rachel and now she is showing her other side but I really hope I’m wrong cause i love her role and I don’t like to lose her in the series or maybe her turning to the bad guy……Sry for talking too much.
