As we continue to near the end of this season of “Dancing with the Stars,” we are going to continue to put the spotlight on what is going to be coming up in the fall for an “All-Stars” season.
If Donald Driver does not win this season, football commitments would keep him from being an All-Star moving forward — however, he did tell The Huffington Post about some of the people he would like to see jump back into the ballroom if they are given the opportunity:
“I’d like to see Ricki Lake come back. She was so close to winning it, and she ended up coming in third. I’d like to see her try it again. I think all of the athletes should come back. I’d love to see Floyd Mayweather should give it another shot. For me, I’m a big,big fan of the beautiful, most amazing woman in the world, Gladys Knight. She put so much work into it, and if she got to come back, I know that she would put 100 percent into it. She’s the only other person that hates to lose more than I do!”
Thanks in part to having the last freestyle performance of the night — and receiving a perfect score for it — you have to believe that Donald could very well be a favorite to take home the Mirrorball Trophy. However, it should be said that this may very well be the most competitive final round ever, as there is just one point separating last place from first at the moment (though some more points are still going to be handed out during the finale Tuesday night courtesy of the 24-hour dance).
What do you think about some of Donald’s choices?
