Just like their competitor in “The Today Show,” “Good Morning America” is airing a Summer Concert Series all their own in the coming months — and we now have some of the first details in terms of what you can expect.
For now, here is the current schedule of performers — though it is clearly still a work in progress.
May 25: Robin Thicke (who is a star on the upcoming series “Duets”)
June 1: Brad Paisley (#GMABrad)
June 8: Counting Crows (#GMACountingCrows)
June 15: Beach Boys (#GMABeachBoys)

July 6: New “X Factor” judge Demi Lovato (#GMADemi)

Two of the names that are already generating excitement are the Beach Boys and No Doubt, mostly because of their respective places already in music history. Few bands compare when it comes to overall success, though for young viewers The Wanted and Demi Lovato are both probably going to deliver some pretty strong ratings courtesy of children being out of school for the summer.
