‘True Blood’ spoilers: Who is calling season 5 ‘most controversial yet’?

Season 5 premieres June 10.

If you thought that “True Blood” was going to somehow play it a little bit safer for season 5 (at least when you think about what we have seen already on the show), think again. As a matter of fact, producers by the show are desperate to find a way to push the envelope even more.

In a new interview with Fox News on the subject of what is coming up June 10, Ryan Kwanten (otherwise known as Jason Stackhouse) promised even more drama with supernatural creatures — along with some things you may be surprised even made it on television to begin with:

“This season is by far our most controversial … If we opened the door on controversy the past three seasons, this one will smash down the door.”

While we know that werewolves will play a role this season — and that Jason’s relationship with Jessica will probably at least still be a topic of conversation — the story for Sookie’s brother is still fairly unknown outside of the reappearance of his old Reverend friend as a vampire — otherwise known as the last thing he ever expected him to become.

What do you think is going to happen to Jason this season?
