Well, Cullen quit working for Durant at the end of season 4 and headed out west to search for his family. He agreed to join the rival railroad company in exchange for them helping him find his family. Season 5 picks up a few months after the end of season 4, with him being more established in his new position while still looking for his family.]]></description>
