Who’s ready for some fun and games? Apparently, some of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” are — but it’s also pretty fair to say that things are not going to happen precisely as they were planned.
The basic theme for Sunday night’s new episode is rather simple — Jacqueline Laurita decides to throw a field day at her house in hopes of it bringing some of the women together with her families, but it unfortunately turns into a free-for-all pretty quickly after Teresa Giudice’s abilities as a parent are called into question. There is fighting back and forth on all sides, and the rift between Teresa and Jacqueline starts to show even more when a comment is made about the Jersey Shore. (Yes, that’s right — the land of Snooki is getting dragged into this.)
To make matters even worse this week, there will be tension between Teresa and both people on the show named Joe — whether it be her husband or her brother-in-law Joe Gorga, who she has been at odds with all season along with his wife Melissa.
Don’t expect things to really get better by the time this episode ends — as a matter of fact, the only people likely to win this field day competition are they editors for all of the material that they are going to get.
Do you like the drama this season, or do you find all of this family squabbling to be too over-the-top?
