Who has the edge going into Sunday night’s “The Celebrity Apprentice” finale? Despite everything that we have seen to this point, the race still looks as though it is ultimately going to be a close one — mostly since there is so much that is being judged. In addition to contestants having to design an advertisement for their charity, they also have to throw a massive event in New York City — and it could end up being all about taste.
On the surface, Clay Aiken seems to have an advantage when it comes to party atmosphere. He’s utilizing his talent really well, and has even inspired Lisa Lampanelli (who is working for Arsenio Hall’s team) to even come over to his booth and give a little bit of money. The carnival theme really just is a fun idea.
Meanwhile Arsenio could still have the advantage when it comes to the performance portion of the event. He not only has people such as Lisa and Adam Carolla who are used to making audiences laugh, but he also has some surprises in store courtesy of Paul Teutul Sr. and Teresa Giudice. Arsenio knows how to put on a show — and while Clay’s team knows the world of music well, audiences in this setting may respond better to comedy.
If we absolutely had to pick a favorite at the moment, it would probably be Clay due simply to the fact that he seems to be in a little bit more control of what is going on around him. However, these previews are always subjective, and there are problems that we may not be seeing just yet.
Who do you think is the most likely to end up winning this season?
