Yes, we all know by now that someone is going to end up dying during the finale for “Grey’s Anatomy” Thursday night. But that doesn’t mean that the entire episode has to be sad … right?
There will still be some fun moments in this episode to go along with the tragic plane crash that puts everyone’s lives at risk — at least according to series star Chandra Wilson, who had the following to say about the amtter to E! News:
“Come for the ride, bring your tissue box, but it’s good. It’s all good … There are sad things that will happen. There are fun things that will happen if you can believe that. I think the fun things will provide some relief from the sad things.”
Ultimately, let’s just hope that there is some sort of genuine relief, and that despite all of the sadness the show manages to end of an upbeat note — one that tells us that some of these doctors are not going to be moving to other hospitals for the fall. (Granted, it’s pretty unlikely considering how most of the key cast is now signed on until the end of season 10 — which will probably serve as the final year of the show.)
When it comes to Bailey specifically, this episode will feature her trying to figure out where her relationship with Ben truly stands — which is a moment that has been building the past few weeks as work has often gotten in the way of the couple’s time together.
