‘American Idol’ song spoilers: Jessica Sanchez, Phillip Phillips, Joshua Ledet

Who's singing what?

Do you want to know the songs that will be busted out during the top 3 performance show on “American Idol” Wednesday night? If so, we’ve got the news heading straight in your direction.

The show posted the list online early Wednesday, and it contains the following songs — however, it does not show who is performing what, or what songs are picked by the judges or by Jimmy Iovine. (As always, we have some of our predictions to go along with it.)

“Imagine” – John Lennon (A brave choice courtesy of what David Archuleta did, but we’re guessing Phillip Phillips)

“My All” – Mariah Carey (This screams Jessica Sanchez, no?)

“No More Drama” – Mary J. Blige (A smart, contemporary choice for Joshua Ledet)

“We’ve Got Tonight” – Bob Seger (Another choice firmly in Phillip’s world)

“I Don’t Wanna Miss a Thing” – Aerosmith (We’re sure Steve Tyler is going to be unbiased here … As for the song, it’s a toss-up between Joshua and Jessica)

“I’d Rather Go Blind” – Etta James (Whoever is not singing Aerosmith between Jessica and Joshua is taking on this)

“Beggin'” – Madcon (Probably Jessica)

“I’ll Be There” – Jackson 5 (Joshua could have a major moment with this song so long as he keeps the melody intact)

“Disease” – Matchbox 20 (We could think of about ten Matchbox 20 songs that would have been a better, more interesting fit for Phillip’s voice than this one)

Who do you want to hear performing these songs Wednesday? As always, check back later for a full review of the performances from the episode.
