In reply to sigrid28. I agree with your comments about minimizing the role of Claire. It started in ep. 109 and has continued all through the second half of season 1. I have been so disappointed in how the role of Claire has been dumbed down and made so secondary to the roles of Jamie and Black Jack.

The entire season has been good but the prison cell scene was an extraordinary, never seen before piece of acting. I wonder what the Emmys will do.

If Sam gets snubbed something is definitely wrong with the system. They better nominate him, and even better, he should WIN this thing. ♥
