First it would never go to trial, the girl was stolen for 13 years, ever heard of stockholm syndrome… its just too far fetched for me to believe. Second even if I believe it goes to trial in no way would an attorney be allowed to lead a witness like that and yet the DA gets her suggestion of the gun vetoed, way to play the scene to be not realistic at all. The end could be scene a mile away they hinted at it back in the carnival episode when the psychic said Carter had a sister and two brothers. Not shocking at all. I don’t see how he can be a good witness though since he was obviously raised in foster care. This show is just too over the top for me anymore.
