Ellen Pompeo!!!!!!!! End of season 11 this woman did work like no other actress can. And she hasn’t ever been nominated in 19 years and season 11 was her season!!!! She is so underrated and unnoticed. But she is better than all of them. Watch season 11 episode 21-24 of Grey’s Anatomy and see for yourselves
