Since that time I have watched every show shown by FOX on my satallite Dish Network. Tonight I watched the new 2015 episode. It was good…but…it really is missing something without Joe Bastianich. He brought a few special ingredients to the show which is definitely missing. I loved the way he exhibited class, style, passion and total honesty, When he hated a poorly prepared dish…he demonstrated where it belonged. It’s too early I suppose to tell if this new female judge will fill the hole he left…but tonight’s show was almost too bland. I’m sorry that I can’t remember the new chef’s name. I never heard of her before tonight,
