If “web of lies” by JPK is to be believed I think it will take many episodes to untangle the mess Deeks has created by protecting someone.

I agree with the ratings, for its time slot against Castle they have done well. I do believe Season 7 needs to be stronger and much depends on this upcoming season.
Deeks and DiNozzo meeting, I think will force Deeks to figure out if he wants to make the switch. He already thinks and talks as an agent.

What I don’t want for Season 7 is a return of Ms. Kolcheck. She gives Arkady a bad name!

However, I would like some more movement in the Callen story, though it is in my opinion that this episode gave us the most Callen backstory yet (even more so than “Reznikov, N.” back in season 5). But, I would like to know more about this “investigation” LAPD IA has opened against Deeks. (Why can’t Deeks just join NCIS already? I mean, he’s been a team member for 5 years, and his girlfriend works there! Why won’t they move the character over already? I was surprised that they even put forth the idea of Deeks possibly joining back in season 1.) We were given some info in one ep, a mention of it in another, and then the story was seemingly thrown to the wind. I mean, they did have the Janvier character overlap in several storylines over two seasons, so it’s not impropable or unusual to have Deeks’ storyline carry over. But, my hope is that they bring it back to the forefront soon after the start of season 7. Who knows, season 7 could be “Densi”-centric – and I am not against that one bit!! Overall, excellent season finale tonight (esp. loved the fact that there was no “To be continued…”), and I can’t wait for the series’ return in September!
