We are still enjoying “Silicon Valley” on HBO, and in the process discussing everything related to it in our CarterMatt Podcast series! Today, that means discussing the fifth episode of season 2, and one that we personally found to be rather hilarious for a variety of reasons. It brought us potato guns, Jared having fits of German dialogue in his sleep, Richard’s night sweats, and ultimately the reveal that there is a man secretly harboring a ferret not too far from the incubator.
Given that this podcast is named “Silicon Valley” and More,” we should also point out to you here that this is really about so much more than just the HBO show. We (being Matt Carter and Jason Prager) also talk about our love of pilot season, Taco Bell and the many glorious innovations there, other food products, and random pop-culture things that are on our mind at the moment.
We’ve always viewed this show as a personal incubator, and a chance to just chat and riff about various subjects in between now and next month. After all, that is when we are going to be delivering the first “Hannibal” podcast after the June 4 premiere. Get excited again for that! We definitely are, just to see what the Bryan Fuller series throws at us.
