Her character , Kate Callahan, did impact the team dynamics at all. Each episode she worked from on site, not as an active , on the move agent. Her personsa was slow to interact with the other members of the BAU. Her exit scene was even anticlimactic. No tears, no cake, just here is my letter , bye. Again no loss, no foul.
