Is Sasha Mallory ready to bounce back from being in the “So You Think You Can Dance” bottom three last week? Based on the determination we have seen from her in the competition thus far, you have to believe it.
There are so many variables to look at particularly this week, so let’s try to break it down into specific questions:
–How will Sasha fare on her own? Alexander Fost was talented, but there were also some questions about his chemistry and getting lost in the shuffle during various routines. Now that Sasha is working with an All-Star, she is certainly going to get more of a chance to shine as an individual performer.
–How are Melanie Moore and Marko Germar going to fare as individuals? These two rose to be favorites during their time on the show together — but being split up could hurt them if the magic is lost.
–How big of a role will themes play? We have to remember that viewers tend to gravitate towards memorable routines, and also having a personality that stands out from the crowd. This immediately gives dancers like Sasha and Melanie an edge — meanwhile, we have already seen from Caitlynn Lawson, Mitchell Kelly, and Ricky Jaime that they have struggled to remembered by the voting public.
Whose star do you think will shine the brightest Wednesday?
