Love SVU and all his cast. All are talented and deserving of our admiration. Mariska Hargitay has 16 years of SVU and is today the aprincipal star of the show. Mariska is the only remaining of an initial team that had Chris Meloni, Richard Belzer, Sthephanie March, Dan Floreck. Ice-T joined the group later, and still in the cast. This season no saw no centric episode Olivia Benson. Saw yea, Kelly Gidish and DaniPino. Olivia is always present in the episodes because it is the main show actress and the most experienced detective. So if you have a focused episode Olivia Benson is welcome. I know Mariska has enemies. But who in the world is unanimous? Prefer me based on the following facts: from the 13th season, all episodes that focused especially Olivia Benson had more viewers and rated. Some people do not understand that one can not forget 16 years of total dedication to a show. And what an idol not forge an overnight. Some actors and actresses still have a lot of work to get to Mariska plateau.

Sorry for my English.

This is the problem with NBC and SVU. Almost every big story is about Mariska Hargitay's character, Det. Olivia Benson. There were only a handful of big stories about the other characters in the show, and they couldn't even get all 6 of the main characters in every single episode. What if Marisla Hargitay leaves after next season? Warren Leight(the show runner) already is. Does anybody at NBC have a plan to keep the show going? You can't build up the characters of Kelli Giddish, ICE-T and Danny Pino when you have them in 3/4 or less of the 24 seasonal episodes. ICE-T might not even be in 3/4 of them this past season. All of the people in the show(except Mariska) won't have a contract after the season ends. Warren Leight has hinted at a shake up. All of these people deserve raises, ESPECIALLY KELLI GIDDISH, who supposedly didn't make more than $75-$80,000 an episode in her first 4 years. NBC has cut the payroll on what is probably their best show for the last 4 years. is it now going to be 5? This is the COMCAST CASH COW! NBC's new shows this season were an unmitigated disaster. SVU may not be the powerhouse it was, but it is still a top flight show. You reward people that help keep your business running. NBC doesn't seem to get that. If NBC is only interested in $$$ and not quality television viewing, they need to sell to someone who actually does. it used to mean something to be one of the top 2 networks. NBC is definitely not better than ABC or CBS. Would it shock anybody if FOX, the CW or the WB did better than NBC this year in dramas or comedies? Reality Shows are an absolute waste as far as I'm concerned. If that's what NBC needs to point to them to say they are a quality network, then the inmates are running the asylum.
