Oliver will return as either Green Arrow or with another name leaving his old friend to run The League of Assassins while he is away. Felicity and Oliver may not be as one yet this may take a while. Thea will start to have split personalities for a few episode’s into season 4 Diggle will be ok you can’t kill him off. But there will be another wedding which may be Thea and Roy.
