In reply to Jennifer. Hopefully as Quentin matures, so will his ability to express himself, maybe using fewer slang terms, so people will know what he is talking about.

Oh Jeannie: If only others saw it the way you did which is the right way. Quentin was really angry at Harry for the harsh criticism given to him saying the Ricky Minor band outdid him. That was when he said this sucks. If looks could kill – Harry would be dead now.

Quentin was mad about the judges’ negative critiques, and after realizing what he’d just said, he made it about the two who didn’t make it….really?? Only one winner….so if he was so sad about Joey leaving, he could’ve given her his spot. He certainly didn’t seem grateful that he didn’t get eliminated. Well, hopefully he’ll be the next to go. Harry is the best judge they’ve ever had on there. I’ve never heard him say, “you’re in it to win it!” He gives honest suggestions on how to improve, and he does it in a respectful way, unlike Simon. Quentin was the wacko.

Emotional maturity is an important component in someone’s ability to succeed and maintain success. Harry did Quentin a favor he may only come to appreciate later as he learns what behavior is appropriate in certain situations. Additionally, Quentin was showing disdain for the voting audience who put Joey in the bottom two.

I think Harry made it a big deal and Quentin wasn’t going to be told to sit down little kid. I love that he was able to clarify. Harry was being a bully.
