i really think that Kai/ gemini coven is the key to what is going to happen with elena. i was thinking maybe Kai will maybe reset everything i think the
dopplegangers are needed for the balance, and i think that if elena being the last one needs to go on he will do something to make that happen. then i was thinking about if Kai DIES everyone expects jo to die BUT Kai did not merge with JO he merged with LIV’s Twin. Maybe the time jump wont be the Originals but maybe it will be the vampire diaries , and the baby that JO
and Alaric have are Elena reincarnated or her Doppleganger or something somehow Kai was involved maybe he magically put elanas DNA in JO’s Womb because the balance needs a doppleganger. So Elena does die
they show her past as shes dying and at the end they incinuate her spirit going into jo belly, and then season 7 is a time jump where the baby is older and damon starts to realize its elena and him and stefan start all over again.
