‘Shark Tank’ star Robert Herjavec crashes Ferrari at race course

Crazy -- or cool?

If you want some sort of evidence as to just how rich the stars of “Shark Tank” really are, one of the investors on the hit ABC show recently suffered a car accident … while racing a Ferrari valued at over $350,000.

According to TMZ, Robert Herjavec (otherwise known as a businessman with over $100 million to his name)  ended up crashing the astronomically-expensive sports car during a qualifying round at a Ferrari Challenge event in Sonoma, California this past weekend. The craziest part of this story? After the accident below occurred (which involved Herjavec crashing into a wall at a high speed), he got out of the car uninjured and proceeded to climb into another to keep on racing. (Herjavec told the website that despite the mishap, he is still the points leader for the season.)

Then again, we should probably know Robert at this point to be a man unafraid to take a risk here and there — the entire premise of his show is based on he and other wealthy investors banking on people with some great ideas. Some entrepreneurs to enter the famous “Tank” (which airs new episodes Friday nights on ABC) have already made millions of of the connections that they made filming the show — even if there are a few duds here and there.

What’s the biggest surprise here for you — that Herjavec is off racing $350,000 cars, or that he ended up actually getting into another car to keep doing what nearly injured him pretty badly?
