NBC’s ‘The Voice’: The Wanted, Christina Aguilera square off

The feud is certainly bizarre.

Are The Wanted really looking to be in the headlines all of the time? Based on the newest headlines circulating surrounding the boy band’s comments and “The Voice” coach Christina Aguilera, it certainly looks like it.

Speaking in a new interview with New York radio station 92.3 Now, Tom Parker of the group really managed to light a fire by saying the following about the “Fighter” singer, who was apparently more than a little bit standoffish when the group performed on the show earlier this month:

“She’s a total b—- … She might not be a b—- in real life but to us she was a b—-. She just sat there and didn’t speak to us. Wouldn’t even look at us.”

Thus far, the band has not backed off the remarks, though multiple sources have alleged all sorts of reasons for the snub by Aguilera — from her being too busy with the show to really mess with them to even that the boy band was somehow rude first. All of this, though, is just pure speculation, and we’re probably not likely to ever know what really happened since Christina is likely to just move forward rather than focusing on the negativity.

Strangely, though, this is not the first time that Aguilera has come under fire for her behavior towards a celebrity guest. Recently, the tabloids made a rather big deal out of her somehow “snubbing” Justin Bieber for a hug when he made an appearance on the show. However, this turned out to be less of a big deal as Aguilera tweeted that she was just she was surprised that the hug came out of nowhere.

What do you think about this feud, and do you think it is something that Aguilera really should even comment on?
