What is going on now?

There’s an assortment of headlines happening at the moment when it comes to “The Bachelor,” but let’s focus first and foremost with what is going on with the reigning show star and the woman that he chose.

Ben and Courtney hit Vegas – After choosing at first to hide a bit from the public eye, Ben Flajnik and Courtney Robertson are now starting to make their presence felt as one of the hottest couples in reality TV at the moment — and showed off plenty of skin in the process.

Over the weekend, the two hit up Las Vegas and made an appearance at the MGM Grand’s Wet Republic — otherwise known as one of the biggest hangout spots for all sorts of reality stars to get their photo taken and meet new fans. Courtney was spotted in a tiny white-and-red bikini, while Ben went with a set of blue sim trunks and a black hat.

Ever since the show’s reunion special back in March, there has yet to be any more warning signs for the couple, as they seem to be enjoying each other’s company as they slowly work their way towards moving in together. Does this mean a “Bachelor” wedding is on the horizon? Stay tuned…

Sarah Silverman slams “Bachelor” contestants – Sarah Silverman has never been one to hold back when it comes to her thoughts, so it’s really no surprise to be seeing her speak out candidly here on the subject of whether or not these sort of dating shows represent respectable behavior.

Speaking Thursday on Lifetime’s “The Conversation With Amanda de Cadenet,” the comedienne takes a realistic approach to the show that many viewers at home share — though they often choose to ignore it in favor of suspending belief:

“I’ll tell you what’s offensive: these shows that are on television, on ABC during primetime. Twenty-five women in JC Penney prom dresses, fully grown, going, ‘He took us to a castle!’ No he didn’t. Producers procured a castle! And there’s 25 of you — that’s how special you aren’t.”

The new season of “The Bachelorette” with Emily Maynard airs on Monday, May 14 at 9:30 p.m. Eastern time. If you haven’t seen a promo yet, you can check one out below!
