‘Glee’ first look preview: Samuel Larsen (and Whitney Houston) the healer

Coming next week...

If you were not already getting emotional about the upcoming graduation on “Glee,” then the new promo for Tuesday night’s new episode “Dance with Somebody” is going to make you go through an entire box of tissues in its brief running time.

Set to the music of Whitney Houston, much of this episode will be focused on New Directions once again taking a look at their future — but this time by celebrating the past. Puck is going to raise a glass to the boys, Santana is going to actually admit to having some sort of appreciation for Rachel, and Will Schuester is going to tear up at the thought of seeing some of his best students spread their wings. (He’s also going to bump up his wedding to Emma to May!)

When it comes to major plot spoilers, though, the most intriguing moment of the entire clip is the brief image of Samuel Larsen’s Joe Hart trying to help Quinn (who was a ghost during this past episode) go through rehabilitation on her legs. Could it be that the man of faith is actually inspiring some of that to the woman who had behind a label of the thing for so long? This is going to be an interesting love triangle that unfolds here, and we actually do like the idea of a Joe / Quinn (Quoe?) pairing, mostly because of the ties to religion that go along with the personal connection.

As for the Whitney music, the only song officially teased on the clip is Lea Michele singing “How Will I Know” — but then again, this is one of her best.

Who do you think Quinn is better suited for at the moment — Joe, or Artie?
